Coaching

What is coaching?

Coaching is a conversation methodology that includes questions, support and challenges. Coaching is not counseling, mentoring, and not therapy.

My role as a coach is to ask open short and straight questions, challenge, listen and give feedback so that you consciously reflect and move in the desired direction. Your awareness increases and thus also your opportunities to choose.
The coaching will help you find and develop your vision. You set up and work towards clear goals, prioritize the most important and find new options. . The coaching process includes setting up clear goals that are continuously monitored.

Coaching in practice

We do a current situation analysis, inventory knowledge and strengths, needs and driving forces, discuss, visions and dreams of the future. For our help, I have life wheels as tools. every call is followed up by the sub-goals.

How is it done?

Yes, you contact me with a specific topic / dream / problem that you want to address. An agreement is made, a coach agreement. included in an agreement.

You get no advice from me, instead you get help to increase your awareness of what you really want. You have all the answers within you. With coaching’s help you become aware of what you want to do, how and when, you want to do it.

Lifestyle Change

Sow an action, reap a habit;
Sow a habit, reap a character;
Sow a character, reap a destiny.
Life coaching – Minimise the gap between where you are, and where you want to be.
Sometimes life makes us pause; sometimes we need to pause life in order to think about
what we want and where we are going. Sometimes we know where we want to go, but
not how we shall get there. Sometimes we have a strong desire for change, but are unsure
what direction that change should take. Life is a fantastic gift that we have been given to
shape to the best of our abilities. People are good at putting up barriers for themselves.

Sometimes this can lead to us actually restricting our lives much more than necessary. Dar-
ing to challenge yourself and to set goals in life sometimes requires you to turn your gaze

inward: Who am I? What do I want? My self-esteem, my self-confidence: how do they look?
Unfortunately, life goes by much too fast, which means that we do not always take the time
to stop and think about where we are heading.
Where will you be in 5 years, 10 years, 20 years, if you continue in the same direction that
you are heading today? What sort of person will you have become? Imagine yourself at 90,
looking back on your life. Would you be satisfied with what you saw?
Life coaching is basically about creating an understanding of your values and priorities, so
that you can take those as a starting point and set attractive goals for yourself. Goals which
make you realise what is important for you to feel good, so that it becomes easier to make
decisions while feeling calm and secure.
Life coaching is about getting the balance, joy and meaningfulness back into your life.

Leadership and groups

People are one of the most important resources for firms or organisations to succeed; there-
fore it is important that the working environment, leadership and working groups function

well. When work teams aren’t effective, individual conversations can provide suggestions
for solutions, without the need for scapegoats.
Why have coaching within the firm?

Perhaps you or your staff are facing a change of duties or have been given extra respon-
sibility. You want to develop your working methods and find a balance between work and

free time. You want ways to deal with stressful situations and to be better able to collabo-
rate with your colleagues and managers.

Why leadership coaching?
Coaching is a goal-oriented process, which gives personal support on your terms. With the
help of a coach, you achieve increased insight and awareness. You set the right priorities
and devote your time and energy to the things that make a difference. SITUATIONS where

coaching can help: you want to grow in your management position and improve the com-
pany’s performance. You want to become better at working with people. You are facing

new choices or decisions and want to find a balance between work and free time, or you
want to find ways to deal with stressful situations.
